You must provide evidence (e.g. a photo, catalogue image or online link) of the product and the price at the other retailer. The item in question must be in stock and available for delivery from the competing retailer within 2-3 days of the transaction. Your purchase must be made within 7 days of verification. We reserve the right to refuse our service at our discretion.
