Free shipping within the EU
At UHR & UHR, you benefit from free standard shipping within Germany and to all European Union countries we deliver to β with no minimum order value.
Regardless of the order value, there are no shipping costs for standard shipping within our EU delivery areas.
International shipping outside the EU
For deliveries to available countries outside the European Union, the standard shipping fee is β¬29.00.
The final shipping costs and available shipping methods will be displayed to you at checkout before you complete your order.
Order processing
We process incoming orders as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and public holidays.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country, the selected shipping method, and the shipping service provider responsible.
The available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during the ordering process.
Please note that delays may occur, especially during holidays, periods of high shipping volume, or exceptional circumstances. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Order tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and, if applicable, a tracking link, provided that the shipping method supports tracking.
It may take some time for the shipment information to be updated.
Customs and import duties
As a general rule, no import duties apply to deliveries within the EU customs territory.
Additional duties, import taxes, or processing fees may apply to deliveries outside the EU customs territory.
Unless such fees are collected at checkout and are legally permissible, they may be payable by the recipient.

In-store pickup
Personal pickup at our company location is not currently possible.
All orders are delivered exclusively by shipping to the specified delivery address.
