International shipping
At UHR & UHR, we would like to offer our customers a convenient and reliable shopping experience beyond Germany.
We offer international shipping to numerous European countries as well as selected other delivery regions.
Free shipping within the EU
For all orders to Germany and our other EU delivery countries, we offer free standard shipping with no minimum order value.
Regardless of the order value, there are no standard shipping costs within our EU delivery areas.
Shipping outside the European Union
For deliveries to available countries outside the EU, the standard shipping fee is β¬29.00.
The final shipping costs and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout before completing the order.
Available delivery countries
We ship within Germany and to the European Union member states we serve.
In addition, orders can be delivered to selected countries outside the EU, provided they are available as a delivery destination at checkout.
Order processing and shipping
Once we receive your order, we will process it as quickly as possible.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
International delivery times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, and selected shipping method.
The relevant information will be displayed to you during the ordering process.
International deliveries may be delayed due to customs clearance, holidays, or other extraordinary circumstances.
Customs duties and import taxes
Additional customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees may apply to deliveries outside the EU customs area.
These fees are not automatically included in the shipping costs.
Unless such costs are already collected at checkout and are legally permitted, they may be borne by the recipient.
Order tracking
After shipping, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number, provided the shipping method supports tracking.
Damaged or lost international shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered, please contact us.
We will assist you in resolving the matter with the shipping carrier. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
