Return within 14 days
As a consumer, you can generally revoke your online order within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating any reasons.
After you have declared your revocation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Further details can be found in our cancellation policy.
Register a return
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@uhrunduhr.de and provide your order number.
Our customer service will inform you about the return address and the next steps.
Contacting us in advance makes processing easier, but is not a requirement for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
Exchanging items
Would you like to exchange an item for a different version?
Contact our customer service. We will be happy to check whether an exchange is possible, depending on availability.
A voluntary exchange is subject to individual agreement. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Refund
After a valid revocation, we will generally refund the payments received, including the costs of our cheapest offered standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your revocation statement.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return.
The refund will generally be issued using the original payment method.
Return shipping costs & item condition
In the event of a statutory revocation, you bear the immediate return shipping costs.
Please pack the goods carefully. A possible loss in value may be considered if it was caused by handling that was not necessary to inspect the condition, properties, and functionality.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service.
Your statutory warranty rights remain fully intact.
